The Transition Clinic at the Zeidler Centre is a special interest of Dr. Karen Kroeker, an Assistant Professor of Medicine at the University of Alberta. She sees many of the young adults transferring from pediatric care at the Edmonton Pediatric IBD Clinic (EPIC) at the Stollery Children’s Hospital. This website was created as the result of a master’s project by one of Dr. Kroeker’s students.
